This weekend we're trying to help a fellow blogger, Julie Ranae Murray. You can read all about her story HERE. A HUGE portion of the crafting community is getting together this weekend to help raise money for her. Please consider donating what you can, either on Paper and Such's site or on The Sweet Stamp Shop's site. There are over $2,500 worth of prizes up for grabs!!! How awesome is that!?
One more thing......if you are able to donate, please be sure to leave a comment on the Paper And Such DT blog and you'll receive a bonus FREE DIGI!!!!! It's designed by the very talented Angela Fehr. Angela will be designing for Paper and Such, and you will be able to purchase her creations starting in November. Believe me folks…this is just the beginning of what she has in store for you! Here is the free bonus digi you will receive for your donation!
For my card today I used the Just Sayin' set thats available only at Paper and Such. I made my butterfly from a large prima flower. I got the idea from the Wild Orchid crafts website awhile back from a video they had posted, sorry I didn't save the link. They used a much smaller flower but this is the only 5 petal flower that I had that would work. I also think this card works out great for October being that it's Breast cancer awareness month.
I hope you enjoyed your stop here on the hop! The next stop on the hop is Kim O'Connell's blog. Make sure you leave a comment here before you go so that you can have a chance at the amazing prizes up for grabs and if you can, please make a donation so we can help bring back a new smile for our friend.~ Supply List ~
Stamps ~ Paper and Such Just Sayin'
Paper ~ Pretty in Pink, Cream, SU DP
