It's time for another CSS Challenge hop! This time Jessica has challenged us to stamp and color on DP and to use glitter. I used my Sakura clear stardust pen on the topiary and on the butterflies. I couldn't get a good picture to show the sparkle. Thanks to my friend Julie for helping me out with a hat pin! I always wanted to try one! As a bonus we could decorate the inside of of our cards to coordinate, so I used some of the same DP and more butterfly punches on the inside. Deceided to leave off the sentiment that way I have a blank card handy! Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of the hop!

Lucky

Today I thought I'd share a photo that I took a couple of weeks ago while trying to photograph some of my cards. This is Lucky he is a spoiled rotten baby and likes to "help" me. It makes picture taking very interesting. I have to make sure there are no paws or a tail in my pictures! I may share more kitty photo's in the future as Lucky is one of many! They seem to have a way of finding me. Happy Thanksgiving!!

It's a Small World

I was supposed to go to Ephrata to L&L Rubber Stamps last week but my SIL couldn't get off work to go along with me so I just waited and went myself today. I was talking to another customer there and she said I looked familiar and wondered if I was on Stamp TV, I said yes!! She asked if I was Janice and again I said Yes! The funny thing is a couple of weeks ago on Stamp TV I was telling her, ma54k aka Mary Anne about L&L and gave her the address. What are the chances that we'd both show up there at the same time??!!! She is jumping on the Copic bandwagon and her DH was getting them for her for Christmas. I helped her pick out some of the basic must have colors, IMO. Can't wait to see the cards she makes with them! I've since heard that since her Birthday is on Thursday(Thanksgiving day) her DH said Happy Birthday and let her have them now!! How sweet is that?? Have fun Mary and Happy Birthday!!

Give Thanks

When I saw those colors I thought of using Strawberries and the Card Pattern sketch was perfect for the stamp I wanted to use. This card took me way to long to make but I'm pleased with how it turned out so I guess it was worth it! Thanks for stopping by!

Metallic Snowflake

Hello! Today I have a five challenge card to share with you!! I used the sketch on Stamp TV and the recipe challenge on 365 cards. We were to make a 4x4 Card, have a Red Background and use Snowflakes (pattern, embellishments, any #, and any variety)and use 1 ribbon and a stamped sentiment. I used the color challenge on Design Dollies to use red and gray. It's also for the Crafty Creations challenge to use metal or metallic finishes. I think it's also fitting for the Creative Inspirations challenge which is Sparkle. My ribbon is sparkly along with the metallic CS and rhinestones! I like how this card turned out, I think the sentiment could be changed to make cute Thank-you cards for the holidays! Thanks for stopping by and be sure to let me know what you think.
