Christmas Lamp

Hello! Todays card uses a Stampendous wooden stamp from 2010. The name is partially worn off but think it might be called Holiday Lamp? Bought it in the used bin at a local stamp store. It's a pretty large image so I just used this pretty oval die cut to highlight it an added a couple of brass type flat jewels to the corners. I also added some stickles to the "snow" on the lamp. Little Star

Hello! It's Tuesday an time for a brand new sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches! This week we are being sponsored by All Dress Up Stamps. My card uses the Happy Christmas Little Star image. I ended up going with non traditional colors for my card. After I colored the little ballerina in Pink I just had to keep going with it. I also left off the banner part this week just couldn't come up with any thing that worked for me. I think this would also make a cute birthday card if your good with altering/erasing the sentiment from the star. Unfortunately I have no clue how to do that! Poinsettia Beauty

Hello! I'm on a roll this is my second post for the day! My card uses the Poinsettia from the Gina K Year of Flowers set and the sentiment is from a Sweet 'n Sassy set. These are so much fun to color! I added a few sprigs of green using my MS Branch punch an used some gold pearls to finish it off. Think this may be the first time I've used some Chevron striped paper? I really like how I looks on this card! Thanks for looking, Challenges are listed below.

Christmas Star

Hello! My card uses more stamps from the former Elzybell's stamps. It is heat embossed an colored with my copic markers. I added stickles to the star/s and the snowy banks. Just thought this would look good done as a Blue and White card but of course I had to add a bit of yellow for the Christmas Star! Challenges I'm entering are listed below. Berry Wreath

Hello! Today's card was a pretty quick and easy one. Bonus I LOVE how it turned out! So much so that I made two exactly the same except for the sentiment. I heat embossed the PSX wreath and colored in the berries with my copics. Added a pretty double bow and added a sentiment (heat embossed also) an that was it. That wood panel DP really helped make the card I think?? I hope AC Moore's still carries it because I need to get  few more sheets for future use! Challenges I'm entering are listed below. Candy Cane Wishes

Hey I made it back for a 2nd post today! My card uses a retired digi stamp from Beccy's Place. I went with my favorite classic color combo, Red, White and Black. Thinking now that I maybe should have went with a red card base instead of the white?? I used my brick embossing folder to make it sort of look like a fireplace with a pot of yummy Candy Canes sitting on the mantel?? Topped if off with some gingham ribbon an a button. Christmas Bear

Hello! Was going thru my bin of already colored images an found this little guy. My coloring has improved a bit since he was colored (at least I think it has?!!) but still think he was worth using. He is from The Angel Company which is no longer in business nit sure what his name was though? I added some nail heads to the tree an stickles to the star. I am definitely a "Teddy" person. Over the years I have collected the Cherished Teddies figurines and the Boyd's Bears stuffed bears an a few of their figurines also.......back when they were still a local company to my area.....not so much anymore now that they "sold out" to the C word! Winter Birthday

The cardinal is a small stamp I found in the $spot at Michael's the other year. The Happy Birthday frame around it is a Stampin Up stamp I found in the used bin at a local stamp store. Yuletide Blessings

Hello! Todays card is a Clean and Simple one although I can't exactly say a fast one! I knew what I wanted to use when I saw the sketch, snowflakes. Then I saw Beccy's Button challenge, that was the easy part. Finding the colors and papers I wanted to use.......took WAY to long! Anyway I think I want to try this sketch again an make it a birthday card. Maybe using flowers(either prima's or even flower shaped buttons) or cupcakes or something?? When I saw this sketch I knew it would be a perfect way to use up some wider ribbon I have in my stash! I thought about using my ornament punch to complete my card but than I found these painted snowflakes at Michael's an just had to get them. I added a die cut sentiment an my card was almost complete, just added a few rhinestones an a pretty double gingham bow! I Love how this one turned out. Challenges I'm entering are listed below.
