Newsprint Poppies

Hello! This is my second post for today, if you are here for The Sweet Stop sketch it's in the post below. I wanted to share a card I made with the "New" Poppy set from Paper and Such! I dusted of my prismacolor pencils for this one! It's been along while since I colored with them and it was fun! I stamped my image on some newsprint DP from SU and finished it off with some of their wided striped ribbon. I really like the way this one turned out! Thinking of you

Hello! Gorgeous day here in south central PA! Today's card uses my favorite embossing folder, Love this folder! I like the look it gives when you emboss your entire image like I did today. I colored it with my copics. The Butterfly is covered with stickles and is very sparkly, not sure how well that shows up in this photo. I think this card could be used as a breast cancer card too. Poppies

Hello! It's time for day 3 of the Paper and Such sneak peeks and I have to say that I absolutely LOVE this set!!! It's a must have in my book. I stamped my image on the brick embossed white cardstock (I don't have this embossing folder yet myself or I would have stamped first then embossed) and colored it with my copics. I colored 2 extra poppies and cut them out and popped them up. I weaved my ribbon thru the fench punch and added a bow. I LOVE how this card turned out!!! Make sure you stop by the other DT's blogs.
