Signs of Spring

Hello! I'm ready for spring so I have dug out my Flourishes Signs of Spring set and made a couple of cards. Love this daffodil!! I cased this card that I found in the SCS gallery. The flowers are cut out and popped with 1/16" and 1/8" pop dots for dimension. I chalked around the flower on the top card and sponged on the bottom one. I used my Bow Easy to make the triple bow and topped it with a button. I can't decide which card I like better??!! List of challenges for this card is below. Hello! Today I have a multiple challenge card for you. I have listed the challenges below. I paper pieced my flower and leaves and made the wings of the bee sparkly with my Stardust clear glitter pen. I wasn't sure about this card at first but it's growing on me! Feelings of Hope

What a beautiful picture Gina has challenged us with. I just LOVE this Hope is Faith stamp set! The Butterfly is Gorgous!! I went with a more CAS card to let the butterfly shine. I stamped the butterfly twice and cut one out and attached it in the center. It looks like it's flying off the card. I colored the butterfly with copics and sponged softly around it. Hello! Isn't this just the most Beautiful Butterfly stamp ever?? I LOVE it! Makes me think of warmer weather and I'm ready for that. It's snowing here again but they're saying only up to 3" or so this time which considering we had about 44" last week with 2 different storms it's still to much! Enough about the weather though. I made this card for the Gina K release party challenge #3 on SCS which was an awesome sketch by Lee! I used the new Hope is Faith stamp set from Gina K Designs and the new Wings of Hope Digital Paper pack designed by Theresa Momber. A portion of the sales of these 2 items sold in Feb. will be going to the Red Cross for Haiti, a very worthy cause! I also used the Hope Stamps Eternal Cupcake Inspiration challenge #45 for this card, what a gorgous plate of cupcakes to use for our inspiration! Might have another go at that challenge! I'm very happy with this card, the photo doesn't do it justice. Thanks for stopping by and let me know what you think!

Brimming with Love

Hello from a very snowy PA!! We had 23" of snow over the weekend and are up to another 21" and still snowing today. Perfect stamping weather! I tried out a new challenge today!! I was doing the PTI anniversary scavenger hunt and found this new challenge on Becky Oehlers blog Hemidemisemiquaver . It was a Compose a card Challenge using the following items.


This is the first time I did this kind of challenge and it was alot of fun!! I liked having the measurements already figured out. Can't wait to see the new challenge tomorrow! I used my heart shaped nesties, each layer of the heart is sponged and raised up with 1/16" pop dots. Thanks for stopping by!
