Meowy Christmas
Hello! I had time to squeeze in 1 last challenge over at Beccy's Place Month long Holiday card challenge. My card uses an adorable cat image from Repeat Impressions. I colored it with my Copic markers. The bell image in the corner is from the former TAC. I colored over the 2 bells (one on the hat) with a gold glitter marker but it doesn't show to well in my picture. The die cut is from a TH set and the "bling" is nailheads. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day.

December 25
Hello! My card uses the Quilted Deer digi, it's a freebie from Beccy's Place. I used the pre-colored version today. I paired it with another one of my "scraps" trees. I embossed and embellished it with some little gold nailheads. I thought this would make a nice baby's 1st Christmas card?! Didn't have any stamps that say that so just went with December 25. Thanks so much for stopping by and I'll be back again soon!

Ho Ho Ho
I'm back it's a 2 post day! I have a quick and easy card to share with you. Another no stamping involved card (except maybe for a sentiment later on in the inside?) just various dies and an embossing folder. I'm finding that I'm making more and more cards like this. It's so much fun to play around with die cuts and see what scene's you can come up with. I'm loving how this one turned out! Thanks for stopping by, Challenges are listed below.

Happy Thanksgiving
Hello! Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! My sister had an awesome meal planned as always. Now that my Thanksgiving cards should have all arrived at there destinations I think it's safe to show them. I fell in LOVE with this gorgeous Fall paper that I found at Hobby Lobby this year! I'm sure you'll be seeing lots more of it in the future as I bought extra sheets!! I think it's the touch of teal that caught my eye? Something different and eye catching I think?! I found the Thanksgiving die on Amazon and thought it went great with the paper. The leaves were made with a embossing punch that I found on clearance at AC Moore's. I just ran a matching color ink pad over the leaves to make them pop. I reversed the colors on the cards as I couldn't decided which way I like it best?? Do you have a favorite? I forgot to take a picture of the inside. I lined it in cream and sponged around the edges in yellow. Added a narrow strip of that beautiful paper along the bottom and put one of the embossed leaves on top. I was super pleased with these. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend. Missing You
I'm back!! Two posts in one day??! It might snow or something?? Oh wait it did that yesterday?!! Anyway decided to just bite the bullet so to speak and get caught up on some blog posts/challenges. Watching some Christmas movies on Netflix while doing it to make it a bit more enjoyable?! Anyway onto my card. My background was created using the Wildflower background stamp by Rubbernecker Stamps. I stamped and embossed in white on pink cardstock. Than I used some TH pink distress ink to enhance around the flowers and make them pop more. The die cut is the Chloe flower from Memory box. The stitched tag sentiment is from the Unity "Wish with Your Heart" set. Added a twine bow and some nailheads and called it done. I'm really loving this card and the color combo. Challenges are listed below.

Merry Christmas
Hello! Does anyone else struggle with writing blog posts?? I make WAY more cards than I ever post because writing just isn't my thing. I feel like I keep writing the same thing post after post. But I so LOVE doing challenges so here I am! Ok so remember the other day when I showed you the Stitched Snowflakes card with the glittery background? I mentioned playing with other colors and how different it looks with the same piece of lace? Well here is one of those pieces turned into this sparkling beauty! This time I used True Red and Cool Diamond. This looks just like the piece of lace I used. The detail really shows. The great thing about this glitter is that it doesn't make the mess like most glitter does. Use coffee filters to catch the glitter (to pour the excess back in the jar) and a dry Swiffer cloth cleans the rest up in a jiff. I kept this card pretty simple and let that background shine! The sentiment is from Elizabeth Craft Designs and I topped it off with some glittery Holly stickers that I found at Hobby Lobby. Wish you could see the sparkle this card has! Thanks so much for stopping by.

Christmas Caroling
Hello! Today I have yet another Christmas card to share with you! This one is made completely with dies and no stamping. Last year I had made up a bunch of these trees using up some scraps. So I took one and started "decorating" it. I found some Christmas music paper and added the carolers and called it done. It's been years since I went Christmas Caroling this brings back memories! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day.

Berry, Berry Christmas!
Hello! Nothing brings a smile to the face like an adorable Penny Black stamp?! This cute little Hedgehog is no exception. I colored him with my Prismacolor pencils and added some Glossy Accents to the berries. I cut him out with a wonky stitched die and added some brads in the corners. Found the perfect scraps of holly and corrugated paper in my stash. Love how it turned out, makes me smile!! :-) Thanks so much for stopping by and be sure to check back again soon! Challenges are listed below.

Season's Tweetings
Greetings from chilly Pennsylvania! Wind chills have us in the teens this evening. Winter is just around the corner so we better get used to it I guess? Sure do miss the long daylight hours specially when it comes to trying to get decent photos. Was cutting it close today so sorry if my photo is a bit off. Anyway onto my card! I've used a digi stamp that I believe was a freebie from High Hopes? I colored it with my Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. I sponged some distress ink around the edge of my image and than added stickles on top. I placed it on a Lacey circle die cut and wove ribbon in thru the holes and added a double bow. For the finishing touch I put a blinged up snowflake in the corner. I wanted to add the sentiment "Season's Tweetings" and thought I had a stamp set with that saying but if I do it must be hiding?! Or maybe I just dreamed it? It's now on my wish list to buy and add later. Ok that's all for now. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Stitched Snowflakes
Hello! Today I'm sharing the other crafty project that I've been playing with. Ultra Fine Glitter! When I went to the stamp show back in October the Elizabeth Craft Designs booth was demoing and doing make and takes with this awesome stuff. I was hooked! If you've never seen or used it I suggest you look up their videos using it on You Tube. My background above that looks like a piece of lace was created using the glitter, a piece of lace and a large piece of double sided tape attached to a piece of cardstock.
I wish you could see how shimmery and gorgeous this is in real life?! My pictures just don't do it justice. The colors I used on this piece are Fire Opal and Rich Red. I've played with other color combos and it's amazing how different just that 1 piece of lace can look?! I'm sure you'll be seeing more soon. I finished my card off with some Lawn Fawn Stitched Snowflakes topped with some bling. The sentiment was in a pack of holiday dies I bought off of Peachy Cheap deals. I'm very pleased with how this card turned out, so classy and elegant! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!
