Daffodil Days

Hello! Today I have a quick and easy card to share with you. It helped that the adorable little House Mouse image was already colored. It's actually been awhile since I've colored anything? I tend to go thru spurts where I set and color or take stuff with me to color if I'm going to be somewhere that I have to sit and wait. Anyway it's nice to have a box of all ready colored images on hand and ready to go! I used Avery Elle Wonky Stitched dies to cut out my image and the background paper. Added some rain drop embellishments over top the image and some rhinestones to the corners. Topped it off with a paper bow. And even today's card has a touch of yellow!! LOL But......thinking tomorrow's won't?!! ;-) Anyway that's it for today and thank you for stopping by!

Birthday Daisies

Hello, I'm back!! 3rd day in a row? It's been awhile since that's happened! And it would appear I'm on a roll with the color yellow also?? Maybe I'm just trying to brighten up the dreary days of winter?? Although we have been have a pretty mild Winter here so far? Now that I say that.....look out!!

My card today uses a Bugaboo digi. Isn't this little guy just the cutest??! It's colored with Copics and cut out with a Paper Smooches tag die. Topped it off with a paper gingham bow that I made with a SU punch that I borrowed from a friend. Man I should have bought that one! That's it for today maybe I'll be back again tomorrow?! Emoji Fun

Hello! As soon as I saw the sketch over at Paper Players this week I knew exactly what I wanted to do!! I had been playing around with these emoji dies that came along with an embossing folder and wondering how exactly to use them on a card? This sketch was perfect! Love how this card turned out. The hardest part was cutting out all the little accent colors/pieces. I think it will be the perfect card for the "Millennial" age specially?! Thanks so much for stopping by! Tea Cozy

Hello! I've made it back into the craft room again recently and decided it's time to do some challenges to help with the MOJO?!  The trick it remembering to make a post of them to my blog?! Cutting it pretty close to the wire with my take on the current TMS sketch. This is actually my 2nd attempt on the sketch my first one ended up way to off base! LOL   Love how this one turned out. I went with different colors than I normally use and I'm happy with the results. My Penny Black mice are colored with my Prisma color pencils and fussy cut out. Well that's all for now headed back to the craft room and see what I can accomplish today? Thanks for stopping by. List of challenges are listed below.

Snow Face

Hello! I have to say that I LOVE today's card!!! I have been wanting to make a snowman face card for ages and I finally did it!! I used a stitched circle die for the face, the eyes were done with part of the SU Owl punch and the nose was free hand cut. For his scarf I used a strip of paper and the tails were a part of the SU Bow maker punch. I ran my TH Picket Fence Distress Ink pad over my embossed snow panel to make it look more like snow. I left a sentiment off this one as I think it can be used for more than just a Christmas card?! Think I'll have to play with other color combos and make more of these?! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!! Challenges are listed below.

O Christmas Tree

Hello! Back with another quick Christmas card. Seems like here of late I've been doing less and less actual stamping on my cards?! Well the sentiment is sometimes stamped but I've even been using more and more dies for that too. Anyway this card uses another 3D type die cut sticker. It's so pretty and sparkly. Thanks for stopping by hope you have a great weekend! Challenges are listed below.

Warmest Winter Wishes

Hello! Today's card uses a Unity coffee cup image that my friend Stacy so kindly gifted me! Nothing better than a hot drink on a cold cold day. My drink of choice is a Hot Tea with some French vanilla creamer! Occasionally a cup of Hot Cocoa (Love the Artic White!) or even a Hot spiced Apple Cider but NEVER ever Coffee! Don't even like the smell of it! LOL  LOVE how this card turned out!! I had the paper in my stash for ages I'm thinking it may have actually came from Oriental Trading Company? Used to get catalogs in the mail from them that had paper crafty stuff in them. Wonder if they still do that? guess that's something to Google when bored?! What did we ever do before Google? Well enough rambling! Thanks so much for stopping by and hope to see you again soon! List of Challenges is below.

Cozy Christmas Cheer

Hello! Todays card came together rather quickly, Love when that happens! I've had these sweater embossed panels laying on my desk for ages and was glad to finally use one. The theme of my card just sort of fell together from there. My cup of Cocoa is a puffy 3D sticker. The picture doesn't do it justice but I was running out of daylight. Darn time change! Thanks so much for stopping by! List of challenges is below.

Plaid Christmas

Hello!!! Well I knew I needed a bit of a blogging break but i certainly didn't think it would end up being almost a year long one?!  I have been making some cards all along just haven't been doing any challenges or blogging. But it's November and time once again for Beccy's Place, Month of Holiday Cards Challenge and I just can't pass up the opportunity to participate again this year! I enjoy it so much.

Okay unto my card! The bear silhouette is a older wooden Darcie's stamp. I couldn't get a solid enough image for my liking with just ink so i touched it up with my copics. Fussy cut it out and glued it onto a embossed oval. Thought the boot print embossing and Buffalo Plaid went great with the image but it just wasn't very Christmassy so added some holly around his neck? Not sure that it looks right but.....will have to do! I think i will do another card minus the holly and have it be a masculine Birthday day card?! Always need more of those in my stash!

Okay thats it for this card thanks so much for stopping by! I plan to be back again soon. List of challenges is listed below. PS I used the Freshly Made Sketch but it ended before i could get this card posted! Blogger was giving me a fit earlier today when I was trying to upload the photos??

Silent Night

Hello! Today I have another "die cut" creation to share with you. I so enjoy making these scenes come to life so to speak. I used another one of my alcohol inked backgrounds as my starting point. The little town scene is a Your Next Stamp die, the Carolers and Peace are by Impression Obsession. I added some stickles to the snowy hills and finished it off with some sparkly snowflake stickers that I found ay Hobby Lobby. I was very pleased with how this one turned out. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
