Feline Better?

Hello! Really cutting it to the wire with this one! Loved this sketch when I first saw it and I knew that I wanted to do "Band-Aid's" for it. Not sure it quite turned out like I imagined but that's what happens when you wait to the last minute! Sorry for the bad picture maybe I can get a better one in the daylight tomorrow outside?! My Newton's Nook images are heat embossed colored with copics and fussy cut out. Added them to the top of some Stamps of Life die cut Band-aid's. Think it makes for a cute get well card! Hello! Are you ready for another fun sketch from The Sweet Stop?? I'll admit I was a bit stumped at first. Thought about going with stars instead but stuck with the circles. I did however use the embedded embossing technique with my favorite embossing folder! Love the look and need to remember to do this technique more often.

Giving Shelter

Hello! This stamp reminds me the saying April Showers bring May flowers. I thought it would make a nice get well card. I stamped the flower twice and cut it out and popped it up . I added flower soft to the center. I highlighted areas with my clear glitter pen and added glossy accents to make it look like rain. The flowers on the sides of the images are from Michael's. They are in the Bridal section and come in all colors depending on the season. Thanks for stopping by!

Feel Better

I've been doing the challenge's this week over at the Stampin' Out Alzheimer's site. For a $5 donation that goes to the Alzheimer's Association you can participate in challenges and there will be prizes too. Their goal was to raise $5000 and I see that they have met and went over that!! This is the card I made for the Mojo sketch challenge (also week 88) This was a fun sketch to do. I used some Basic Gray paper that I found at M's it matches the rose red and/or purely pomegrante perfectly! I will be sad when my stash of purely pomegrante is gone. I love that color! My turtle panel is raised with foam tape and I added Taylor's twinkles to the flower centers. Image is colored with Prisma colors and gamsel.
