Christmas Bauble

Hello! Today's card uses the Alcohol Ink Baubles tutorial from over at Splitcoaststampers. This was a bit messy but a lot of fun! At first I didn't think I'd be able to do it because believe it or not I have no alcohol ink pads/reinkers?! Than I realized that I could use my Copic marker refills. I need to get some more glossy card stock and play around with other color combos! I used my Taylored Expressions Snowfall embossing folder for my background. The snowflake die cut is from Poppystamps. I didn't have any ornament dies so I turned this stitched tag die into one. A little larger than I'd like but it works. If this wasn't so messy to mass produce I'd consider this for my personal Christmas cards this year?!! Maybe if I find a smaller ornament die I like I'll change my mind! Autumn Blessings

Hello! Today I have pretty CAS card to share with you! I embossed a piece of Coredinations card stock with a pumpkin folder and lightly sanded over it for the lighter core color to show thru. Added some ribbon and a die cut sentiment and called it done! Quick and Easy which doesn't happen often for me! ;-) List of challenges are listed below. Masculine Christmas

Hello! Today I have a CAS (Clean and Simple) card to share with you! I found this pack of googly eyes in different sizes and colors at one of the dollar stores? Thinking it was Dollar General but not positive? If not there it was the Dollar Tree, anyway I thought it would make some fun cards for Halloween?! Or possibly some monster birthday cards in the future? I embossed the background and randomly placed the eyes. Added and sentiment and called it done. Quick and Easy! Embossed Poinsettias

Hello! I decided it's time to get working on some Christmas cards! I recently picked up this Taylored Expressions embossing folder at my local stamp store and have been itching to play with it. Thought this weeks CAS(E) sketch would do well showcasing it?! Although as always I probably added a layer to many for CAS? I used a gold embossed poinsettia from the Gina K year of flowers set and added some gold nailheads. The sentiment is  Paper Smooches die. The challenges I'm entering are listed below. An Apple a Day

Took me awhile to come up with a plan but I have to say that I'm very happy with the end results! Hello! Well I just wasn't happy with my 1st attempt on this sketch so I just had to try it again! Now this paper combo I can live with. Whew!  Got another card done for the Fall Coffee Lover's Blog Hop! Second card/post for today, scroll down to see my other card. This card uses the Sizzix Tim Holtz Tea Time die. The sentiment is from an Inky Antics tea set. The paper is a Teresa Collins 6x6 pad called Fabrications Canvas. I used the Your Next Stamp sketch, subbed out the oval for a tea cup.
